My background in pharmacy and functional medicine allows me to connect the dots between symptoms, lifestyle, and underlying imbalances. The goal is not just short-term improvement, but real, lasting change.

How long do we work together?

Real change takes time and consistency.
For that reason, we work together for a minimum of 3 months. This gives us enough space to understand your body, implement changes, and adjust along the way based on how you respond.
Most clients continue beyond that for deeper optimization and long-term support.
How often will we speak?

Most clients prefer bi-weekly or monthly calls, so there is enough time to implement changes and actually see how your body responds.
If you’re looking for a higher level of support, we can also work more closely together, with weekly check-ins and more consistent guidance along the way.
